Have you wondered what your sleep would look like? Or perhaps how your individual sleeping style would create some pattern that would be visually appealing to the eye? Giving your sleep patterns the apt work of art this robot draws down the analyzed sleep related data from the mattress which transmits the information to the robot. This initiation is a part of the whole new visitor experience from Ibis hotel chain which will start on 13th October 2012 involving 40 volunteered guests and the resulting artwork will be displayed in art gallery on their Facebook page.
Called as Sleep Art, this never before seen art-form unearths from analyzing of body temperature, movements and sounds through a specially designed mattress. This data is then used by the robotic hand to paint it all on the canvas which looks awe-inspiring. Take a look at the video below after some pictures of Sleep Art, showing how it all pans out.
