We all geeks are obsessed with Lego bricks, aren’t we? Right from our childhood days building numerous structures using Lego bricks has been the most liked constructive activity and the love for Lego will never die. Integrating Lego magic in physical world with the digital world seems very interesting and that is exactly what Bas van de Poel and Daan van Dam have in their mind as they put forth a design concept called Lego BrainBricks. The idea is very simple but resourceful none the less as they have designed Lego bricks which are fitted with wireless sensors which can detect their orientation with one another for the structure you have built and consequently transfer the data wirelessly to mobile device.
This comes in very handy for gaming apps and other apps that could be customized in sync at both ends to come up with even better Lego creations which are performance enhanced. BrainBricks is in the concept state at this point in time and looks enterprising enough to take the Lego world by the storm in the years to come as we’ll be able to enjoy gaming apps with our own created Lego structures.
