Jet-powered 1967 Ford Mustang is red hot road runner ready to burn the tarmac

1967 Ford Mustang has already got enough horses under the hood to shoot you to thrill and if one adds a jet-powered engine to it then you can very well imagine what is becomes then! Yes, it becomes a virtual car rocket on the roads with no distant destination out of sight. This Jet-powered 1967 Ford Mustang boasts a whooping 10,000 Horse power courtesy the Westinghouse J34 engine and a speed of 308 mph (during test run for ¼ mile). The only thing that keeps you shooting into the sky like a Formula-1 car without the aerodynamic wings and nose section to pin it down in this Jet-powered monster are the two parachutes. And yes I forgot to mention the roll cage which is your only hope of averting inevitable death at such high speeds.

The jet engine is placed right inside the car between the two seats which makes me wonder that how would the driver and passengers bear the intense heat produced during extreme performance runs. The car is up for grabs on Craigslist for $30,000 and nothing less so you better be prepared to shell out this huge sum of money for this one-off racer.
