Although it does have some absurd subtractions from its healthy list of accessibility features, we are humbly thankful to all third party developers that have kept our back when it comes to any shortcomings regarding Windows.
Many apps such as Ditto, XPExplorer and 10AppsManager are some of the millions of third party apps that have made life much more simpler for us in situations where Windows does not offer us that much. Not just that, third party developers have made numerous intuitive apps that allow us to do much more in Windows that the OS does not offer at all and get the best out of it.
One such app is VLC Media player. Making life easier for all those movies, seasons and TV shows crazy people from a long time now, VLC media player has established itself as the benchmark when it comes to available media players that have the capability to run multiple formats without any problems at all. To honor this magnificent app, we present to a feature that enables you to play all audio in folder using VLC.
This feature sets your VLC media player to, by default when you open it, automatically play all audio in folder of your choice.
First, you need to create a shortcut of the ‘.exe’ file of VLC on your desktop or anywhere.
Second, right click on that shortcut and from the context menu select ‘Properties’.
Then from the resulting pop up, click on the ‘Shortcut’ tab and from there insert ‘-LZ E:Youtube’ at the end of whatever is written in the ‘Target’ field. The part after ‘-LZ’ refers to the path of the folder you wish for it to work on, it can be changed to your desired folder’s location but ‘-LZ’ must remain unchanged. Then simply click on Apply and open that particular shortcut to make it work as shown in the image below.
NOTE: This setting will only apply to that particular shortcut. You can have more shortcuts that can automatically do the same procedure. Just follow the aforementioned steps on all of them. Gracias!
