Today, we will be telling you about a little known feature that will allow you to pin website to start menu from Chrome, this will allow you to have all your favorite websites right on the task bar, ready to be opened. Upon clicking on the taskbar shortcut to the website, you will have a simple window which you can use to your convenience.
This is especially handy for the people who like to stay updated to their relevant interests but don’t want to rev up Chrome and open a website to get all the latest news on Football, Soccer, Cricket, etc. These small Windows will allow you quick and easy access to the site of your choosing and can be added or removed as you see fit!
STEP 1:
Open up Chrome and open the site you wish to save. Now, click on the 3 Lines at the top left of the menu. Navigate down to More Tools. Over here, you will see the Add to Taskbar. Click on it.
STEP 2:
You will get the following confirmation box, proceed to click Add.
STEP 3:
Now, while you don’t directly see the icon yet, you just have to manually go to your start menu, click on All Apps. and you will see the following icon at the very top. Right click and choose “Pin to Taskbar” and you’re done!
and this is the end result! As you can see. I have pinned Facebook and Cricinfo to my taskbar.

As you can see, this is indeed handy for keeping up to date on all your major followings with the hindrance of opening up Chrome every time you want an update.
