Hand-rubbed solid maple turntable, Hyperion is quite majestic!

We call him the master of art fused music accessory, and they call him Joel Scilley [owner of Audiowood ] – the creator of the Hyperion turntable that we all will fall for, most definitely. This artistically crafted turntable has a solid maple burl slab and solid maple legs, which makes it, yes you guessed it, a massive solid maple turntable with a host of state of the art components. Measuring about 30-inches wide, 10-inches high and 22-inches diagonally, the Hyperion turntable has been on display at the Gadsden Arts Center in Quincy, Florida since May 11 through July 28.

Available in Rega compatible 24 volt drive system, choir audio heavy aluminum platter ($350 retail) and a fantastic SME S2-12R 12″ Tonearm ($2000 retail, the turntable that’ll costs anywhere $4000-$6000, depending on option you choose, has the top surface finished in hand-rubbed varnish and paste wax, while rest of it is completed with hand-rubbed polyurethane.

Thanks: Joel Scilley
