Open up your Windows Search and look for Powershell. Make sure you run this as an administrator by right-clicking on it and selecting “Run as administrator”
Once Powershell is open, type “Get-AppxPackage” and press “Enter”
Next, Find “Windows Communication Apps“, and locate “PackageFullName“, next to it is a file named “microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_17.6020.42011.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe”
We will now rename the above file to “Remove-AppxPackage microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_17.6020.42011.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe” and press “Enter”
Now, simply reinstall the app from the Windows Store and all should be smooth sailing from here on out. Error 0x80073B0F fixed!
