Steps to create keyboard shortcut for Snipping tool
Step 1: Search for Snipping Tool in Windows Search.
Step 2: Right click on it and from the resulting menu, click on Open file location.
Step 3: Right click on Snipping Tool and click on Properties.
Step 4: Click on the Shortcut Tab.
Step 5: In the text field to the right of Shortcut Key, enter a shortcut of your choice. Note that Windows automatically appends Ctrl+Alt to it so you only have to type a letter and Windows will show you the shortcut’s preview as shown in the image below.
Click OK and you’re done. If prompted for UAC, allow access for it to complete its process.
