Created originally to advertise Musser’s Market in a Quarryville, Pa. parade this gigantic and powerful shopping cart powered by a V8 engine is 9 feet tall and 12 feet long, which is downright awesome. Although it doesn’t really solve any useful purpose other than taking at most six people on a joy ride like never before, it can be deemed as the hot rod of shopping carts. The overall weight of this shopping cart called Shopper Chopper strikes 3,000 pounds on the scale and has 290 horsepower Chevrolet 350 turning drag slicks controlled with GM TH350 transmission and Dodge 12-bolt rear axle. With all this beefed up mechanics it can really burn the tarmac and the 500 LED’s used to light up this thing in the night time.
All-in-all Shopper Chopper looks cool has the power to boast-off amongst other shopping carts or even the usual autos. So have a look at some more pictures and enjoy.
