Giant steampunk dragon made from recycled auto parts showers thunderous magnificence

Kreatworks and their monstrous metal giants made from recycled auto parts have been my weakness ever since I first featured their mammoth recycled steel transformer robot sculpture. Since then Kreatworks has come of age with their skill, and this 11 feet tall, 882 pound and a 10 feet wingspan dragon is just a perfect example of what I mean.

Like all other Kreatworks’ creations, this giant steampunk dragon is also made from recycled metal and uselessly lying automobile and machine parts. Metal can rust pretty quickly, so to save their sculptures from rust, Kreatworks coats its sculptures with lacuquer. From the looks of this steampunk dragon we see expansive use of bike chains, radiators and some soldered wrenches but I am not well versed with identifying scrap parts. Yet, if this giant steampunk dragon lures you then take it home for $11,500.

The intriguing metal sculptures by Kreatwork has been a fascination amid scrap at appreciators and over 8000 views on Kreatworks’ Etsy listing just suggests the same. The dominating magnificence of this giant steampunk dragon comes from Bangkok where the Kreatwork studio is situated. I think these fellows have already cleaned Bangkok of all the metal scrap. Jokes apart, hit the jump to see even more enticing pictures of the steampunk dragon.
