Every kid has his/her superhero and wants to be like him/her no matter what. But only a few get the chance to live their dream and have superhero accessories that no one else has and I’m not talking about superhero costumes, mind you! The accessory in question is a real batmobile. Alfie Wilde is one lucky 6 year old kid who’s granddad Alan Dennett (retired mechanic) converted his Daewoo Matiz into a replica Batmobile emulating the Lincolin Futura which cost him around £5000 for the remake. The superhero Batmobile is flushed with cool gizmos like rear view camera, phone, rocket exhaust, rear fins and much more.
Alfie, you are one cool superhero and your granddad deserves a round of applause for his man hours put into making this uber’ cool Batmobile that his son can brag around in the block. However Alfie only gets to ride the Batmobile when he visits his grandfather’s home in Rhyl, North Wales.
# According to Alan Dennett
When we gave the car to him he was absolutely amazed. He sits in the drive pretending to be batman, singing the theme song and acting out fight scenes, shouting Kapow, smash, biff, boff. It is brilliant, I really enjoyed getting in it as I have been into Batman since I was two.
