Error 0x80070003 with Alarms and Clocks is an error most commonly experienced by users after updating their apps. Here’s how to fix it!
This error basically happens due to the Alarms and Clocks app getting corrupted. It can be fixed by uninstalling and then reinstalling the app again.
The first step would be to uninstall it. This can be done by a third party app or typing the following command in PowerShell, which can be opened through Windows Search as an administrator, and pressing enter as shown in the image below.
Get-AppxPackage *windowsalarms* | Remove-AppxPackage
Let it complete its processing.
Then, you’ll have to reinstall it so that it gets reinstalled correctly.
To do that, open PowerShell again and type in the following command and press enter as shown in the image below.
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml”}
Let it complete its processing and then restart your computer.
The error will be as good as gone and the alarms bells will start ringing perfectly again.
