Here’s a hidden feature to make your Windows 10 computer intelligent enough to change time zone automatically just like your smartphone can.
Smart. This word is becoming more and more familiar with technology everyday. As users, we would love that our devices get to understand our preferences and dislikes so that our harmonious relation can work for longer. In the world of semantic web, cookies are doing this job fantastically well.
Ever wondered why are smartphones called smartphones? That is not because of the fact that they are intelligent enough to read our mind and do things accordingly. They are called as such because, despite being so small, they offer us so much to do. From superb games such as FIFA to Need For Speed 2012 and many other apps, a smartphone is like a mini-world.
Microsoft developers aimed to create an OS that could get smart as the time went by. It could understand its users and subsequently work in a way that would please and suit them best. Through the means of accessibility and introduction of new features, they have made Windows 10 smarter and Microsoft only knows one way that is up. So, we can expect many good things in the future when it comes to Windows being smarter.
Another of the features that make Windows 10 smarter is its ability to detect and change time zone automatically as your smartphone does. Now you won’t have to worry about changing your time zone if you’re travelling abroad as through this feature, your laptop can change time zone automatically by accurately calculating the time difference of your current location with your previous one.
We have previously covered that you can expect to have trouble with time in Windows 10 but if its working fine, read on to change time zone automatically.
