In my opinion, Windows 7 was one of THE best Windows of all time. I sometimes imagine the features of Windows 7 and Windows 10 combined and it makes my heart skip a beat. It seems simply beautiful. The Aero Glasstogether with the Windows 10 Taskbar and the Windows 7 battery indicator would look simply superb together.
Not only this, the UI of Windows 10 together with Windows 7’s seamless functionality would be the best thing ever. This is because users all around the world have heavily criticized Microsoft for not being able to develop Windows 10 as a computer architecture friendly OS. It has fared badly when it comes to performance on different architectures which has raised questions on the credibility of Microsoft’s progression over the years but the inclusion of some very good features such as Virtual Desktops etc. have worked to calm some nerves.
One of the things Windows 8/8.1 received some stick for was the way the Windows button was implemented. It did not fare well with most users that now turning off your computer would require much more than just a click as was in Windows 7. This was something Microsoft developers took note of and top marks to them for coming up with a much better and beautiful implementation of the Windows button.

Step 1: Press the Windows button.
Step 2: Unpin all the live tiles or any folders that exist in the right side of the menu by right clicking on them as shown in the image below.
Step 3: Click and hold on the border of the Start menu and drag it towards the Most used applications and then release it. This will be it. Your Start menu should now look like this.
